Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP Welcomes the Return of Richard A. Danzig, Esq., to the Firm

(White Plains,NY—May 16, 2014)… Ten years after leaving Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP to launch his own firm, Richard A. Danzig, Esq. has returned, announced Joel S. Lever, Esq., founding partner. Mr. Danzig is an AV-rated attorney with more than 30 years of experience in complex state and federal court litigation. In his new role, he will be Of Counsel and will continue to concentrate his practice in litigation and transactional matters.

Most recently, Mr. Danzig was Of Counsel to a prestigious boutique law firm inWhite Plains, where his practice included commercial and family law litigation, as well as transactional law, and private equity work. Mr. Danzig has been actively involved as board member for numerous companies.  He was a principal and director of We The People NYC, a legal document preparation company; a founding member and director of the Paralegal Institute, a paralegal education company; and a founding member of VirnetX, a publicly traded Internet security company. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Prism and Secure Axcess, two successful patent aggregation companies. 

Mr. Danzig earned a B.A. degree fromFordhamUniversityand J.D. degree fromBrooklynLawSchool, where he received a certificate from the Order of Barristers, a national honor society. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.
