Whether the transaction involves interfacing with the Attorney General's office to ensure compliance with offering plan guidelines or advising a board on complex construction related matters, our attorneys have the experience to handle sophisticated negotiations responsively and efficiently. Representative Transactions:

  • Closed complex refinancing of $55 Million of debt for the Skyview Owners Corp. cooperative, including representation of co-op board, negotiation of all loan documents and all necessary approvals.
  • Representation of a sponsor/developer of the Hotel & Condominium Units at the prominent Trump Soho Hotel located at 246 Spring Street, New York City.
  • Representation of sponsor/developer of a mixed-use luxury and affordable housing condominium development at Franklin Douglas Boulevard and 118th Street commonly known as 118th Street. 
  • Representation of sponsor/developer of the Schumacher Condominium at 36 Bleecker Street, New York, New York.
