Senior Attorney

Robbin E. Sweeney brings to the firm more than 30-years’ experience as an attorney. Her practice focuses on the purchase and sale of residential real estate, and commercial subdivisions and mergers.

Prior to joining Kurzman Eisenberg in 2022, she was an Associate with Rosenthal & Markowitz, LLP.

Her legal experience, combined with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and certification as a Professional Coach, have honed Robbin’s calm, focused, solution-oriented and organized approach to ensure that transactions proceed as smoothly as possible.  Robbin is a natural at creating an attorney-client relationship that supports clients while delivering practical guidance and competent legal services.

Robbin has conducted programs for the New York State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association for the State of New York, and the Bronx Bar on legal topics, various leadership topics, and business and wellness topics. Sample topics include: The Importance of Estate Planning, Strategies for Reducing Stress in Your Law Practice, Living Well with Creativity and Contribution in Your Legal Practice, and Strategies for Living with Clarity and Purpose. As a four-time Contract Award recipient with NYS, Office of the Governor, Robbin also developed the programming for and conducted the following 10-day trainings for the following topics: Elder Law & Guardianships, Families in Transition (cohabitation, marriage and divorce), Grief in the Workplace, and Caring for Aging Loved Ones (legal and personal challenges).
