Iryna Lomaga Carey is a Partner in the Real Estate practice of Kurzman Eisenberg. Her practice focuses on commercial sales & acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial leasing and commercial real estate finance, representing prominent real estate owners and developers in all facets of ownership. Iryna has a wealth of experience representing office and shopping center landlords and tenants in a wide array of leasing transactions. She has extensive experience handling due diligence in connection with significant real estate acquisitions of both real property and debt portfolios.

Iryna is active in her local community, serving as a Board member of a number of non-profit organizations and has been the Captain of her local volunteer ambulance squad for over 10 years.
