Fred D. Weinstein is a Co-Chair of Kurzman Eisenberg’s Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitrations. Fred has litigated a wide variety of contract and business tort cases through trial and several of his successful outcomes have been featured in the New York Law Journal. National and regional law firms often enlist his services when litigating cases locally. Additionally, he has represented real estate developers and owners in an array of disputes relating to both commercial real estate and the development of residential real estate.

Fred served as Village Justice in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y. from July 1995 through March 2013 and was a past President of the Westchester County Magistrates Association. He has lectured on numerous subjects at biannual Continuing Judicial Education Programs conducted for the benefit of local judges throughout the 9th Judicial District.
