Dana Hirsch concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration and gift and estate tax planning for high net worth individuals. She advises clients regarding, and drafts, a wide range of estate planning documents, including Wills, Revocable Trusts, insurance trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, dynasty trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal limited access trusts, voting trusts agreements, and agreements for limited liability companies and family limited partnerships. Dana balances her clients’ tax objectives, family priorities and business goals in order to provide her clients with a comprehensive approach to their planning needs. She has significant experience handling the administration of complex estates and representing executors and trustees with respect to estate and trust administration issues.
Prior to joining Kurzman Eisenberg, Dana worked at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
