Christine Konefal concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, condominium conversions, finance and commercial leasing. She represents clients in all aspects of sales and acquisitions, development, financing and leasing of real property. Her focus also includes representing Sponsors in connection with the conversion of properties to mixed use condominium form of ownership. In addition, Christine has significant experience in representing institutional lenders in commercial mortgage financing, construction lending and asset-based secured loan transactions.
