Kurzman Eisenberg is pleased to announce a successful outcome before the Appellate Division, First Department.

Jeffrey S. Peters prevailed on his appellate oral argument, marking a significant milestone. Jeffrey and Fred Weinstein jointly authored the respondents’ brief, securing a unanimous affirmance in favor of their clients.

The Court affirmed the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, which denied defendants’ motion to compel a bill of particulars, holding that the demand improperly sought evidentiary material more appropriately obtained through discovery.
