Richard A. Sporn

Mr. Sporn is a highly experienced tax attorney.  Mr. Sporn assists clients with complex income and estate tax planning, tax audits and other tax proceedings.  Mr. Sporn has been rated as “AV-Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell, and was named as one of Avenue magazine's “Legal Elite” in Tax Law and Trust and Estates Law.  Mr. Sporn joined the Firm as Counsel after serving as Of Counsel to Gerald & Lawrence Blumberg LLP since 1979.
