Gadi G. Hill

Mr. Hill’s practice focuses on corporate law and commercial transactions, including international business transactions, formation and dissolution of business entities, employment law matters, succession planning for private companies, shareholder and operating agreements, and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Hill acts as U.S. legal counsel for many foreign companies and high net-worth individuals having business and investment interests in the U.S, and is fluent in Hebrew.  Mr. Hill’s clients include U.S. subsidiaries of a large, diversified specialty arms manufacturer, a Hong-Kong based jewelry manufacturer with worldwide exports, an international distributor of specialty metals, a major domestic distributor of health and beauty aids and its e-commerce divisions, and a national fresh produce distributor with farm operations in the Dominican Republic.

Mr. Hill joined the Firm as Counsel after practicing with the law firm of Klein & Hill and serving as Of Counsel to Gerald & Lawrence Blumberg LLP.
