Elisa J. Lefkowitz

Ms. Lefkowitz practices in the area of in trusts and estates, assisting clients with their estate planning needs, and representing executors, trustees and administrators in estate and trust administration and the settlement of estates. Ms. Lefkowitz has often served as an executor and trustee, as well as representing clients in Article 81 proceedings, and she understands the responsibilities and concerns that come with being appointed as a fiduciary. Ms. Lefkowitz also has extensive experience in representing clients in the sale, purchase and financing of residential real estate, including the representation of cooperative boards.

Prior to joining Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP, Ms. Lefkowitz practiced entertainment law in the office of her late father, Elliot Lefkowitz, and continues to represent clients in the entertainment industry. Since 1999, she has served on the Board of Directors of the American Dramatic and Musical Academy (AMDA) of New York and California.
