Dana L. Hirsch

Ms. Hirsch concentrates her practice on estate and tax planning and estate and trust administration. Ms. Hirsch drafts a wide range of estate planning documents, including Wills and trusts, as well as insurance trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal limited access trusts, voting trusts agreements, and agreements for limited liability companies and family limited partnerships.  She has significant experience handling the administration of complex estates and representing executors and trustees with respect to estate and trust administration issues. In addition, Ms. Hirsch advises not-for-profit entities regarding formation, administration and dissolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hirsch worked at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, New York, NY, from 2006 through 2015.
