Jeffrey S. Peters

Jeffrey Peters is a Partner in Kurzman Eisenberg’s Litigation practice group. Jeffrey has significant experience practicing in state and federal trial and appellate courts in New York and state trial courts in New Jersey. He focuses his practice primarily on commercial and real estate litigation involving businesses and individuals. Jeffrey has litigated a wide variety of commercial and real estate matters, including those involving complex business transactions, shareholder disputes, and lease disputes.

Jeffrey began his legal career as a law clerk to United States District Judge David C. Guaderrama and United States Magistrate Judge Anne T. Berton of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
