Clare M. Haugh

Associate

Clare M. Haugh is an Associate in Kurzman Eisenberg’s Trusts & Estates practice group. She practices in the areas of estate and gift planning, trust and estate administration, and related private client services.  Clare has experience in drafting complex wills and trust agreements, estate and trust administration, and probate proceedings. 

During law school, Clare served as a clinic student for the Innocence Project and the Civil Rights Clinic at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, Clare worked as a paralegal at the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
