The firm's family law and matrimonial law practices combine a sophisticated yet practical approach to the most difficult issues faced by clients undergoing divorce and/or other family law matters. We also represent clients in negotiating separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements. In matrimonial matters, we offer assistance in alternative dispute resolution forums, including collaborative divorce and divorce mediation, as well as divorce litigation.
