Motions for Summary Judgment in Probate Proceedings
On June 19, 2014, Michael H. Friedman will be a panelist in a Westchester County Bar Association CLE program. The panelists will detail the procedures and substantive issues in moving for and opposing summary judgment in probate proceedings where objections have been filed to the probate of a Last Will and Testament.
