Lee Harrison Corbin

Partner, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio State University in 1965 where he was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New York University in 1968. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Prior to joining Kurzman & Eisenberg he was a partner with the Wall Street law firm of Cusack and Stiles where he concentrated his practice in sophisticated estate, tax and financial planning for individuals and businesses for 18 years.

In 1986 he became a founding partner of this law firm. His practice now also includes heading the firm's family office and money management division; preparation of income tax returns for individuals and business entities; counseling and structuring complex tax, financial and business transactions, as well as counseling on buying and selling businesses; creating and advising on partnership, shareholder, limited liability company and other business agreements as well as deferred compensation and pension plans.
