Stephen R. Levy

Mr. Levy is a counsel of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP and chairs the Firm's corporate law department. Mr. Levy has broad experience in general corporate representation involving public and private companies and individuals in connection with business formation, financing, acquisitions and sales, mergers, asset and stock transactions and privately placed syndicated equity. These representations have included preparation of complex operating and shareholder agreements, employment agreements, stock options and phantom option plans, shareholder disputes, debt and equity financing and secured and unsecured loan facilities.

Mr. Levy also has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. He has represented owners, tenants, brokers and lenders in connection with transactions involving the purchase, sale, development, financing and leasing of shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings, nursing homes and industrial properties across the country.

Mr. Levy's clients have included individuals and publicly and privately owned companies engaged in real estate brokerage, nursing homes, multi-office physician practices, physician practice management companies, Medicaid HMOs, manufacturing, personal services, distribution and sales, commercial real estate investment and operations, banking and finance, securities and real estate brokerage, insurance brokerage, consumer products and waste transfer.
