Howard J. Neuthaler

Mr. Neuthaler has extensive experience representing U.S. and foreign individuals and their families, closely held businesses, family offices, individual and corporate fiduciaries, and charitable organizations.  His practice focuses on the preservation, management and transfer of wealth, the planning and administration of significant and complex estates and trusts, and the litigation of contested trust and estate matters.

In addition to serving as Counsel to the firm, Mr. Neuthaler maintains his own practice focused exclusively on Surrogate’s Court matters for personal injury attorneys, including compromise proceedings, the appointment of estate representatives, and guardianships.

Mr. Neuthaler was previously a senior associate in the Individual Clients Group of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, Director of Acquisitions and Investments at JupiterMedia Corporation, and an associate in the Corporate Department of Kirkland & Ellis.
