Diane B. Kaplan

Diane Kaplan is an experienced litigator, representing corporations, large financial institutions and other parties in complex commercial litigation in Federal and state trial and appellate courts.  Ms. Kaplan has experience handling a large variety of litigation matters, including business fraud, lender liability, bankruptcy litigation and contract disputes.  Ms. Kaplan is also a contributing editor to the Securities Reform Act Litigation Reporter and the Bank and Corporate Governance Law Reporter. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kapan worked at Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen,  New York, N.Y.
