Mr. Lever is a founding partner of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP. Mr. Lever's practice specializes in corporate law, includes the representation of both public and private sector companies pursuing strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital financing. He has also served as counsel to acquiring companies and target corporations regarding mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and leveraged buyouts. He represents clients, including entrepreneurs, public and private companies, joint ventures and emerging companies, in a wide range of general corporate law and commercial matters, and in structuring ventures for clients in the acquisition, sale and reorganization of businesses and their assets.

Mr. Lever has extensive experience representing a range of healthcare clients, from nursing homes and non-profit providers that serve the elderly, to managed care organizations and investor owned health care companies on policy matters and before state agencies. Mr. Lever also provides transactional and general business representation to medical practices, nursing homes, health maintenance organizations and provider networks.

Mr. Lever's practice includes the successful structuring and negotiation of credit facilities in both private banking for individuals and commercial matters for businesses across a wide range of industries. Mr. Lever regularly advises companies on new ventures, securities offerings, complex contractual matters, and employment and shareholder matters.

A unique specialty of Mr. Lever's practice is the representation of artists and art publishers, collectors and merchants. Mr. Lever handles sophisticated transactions related to the purchase and sale of art, art licensing and publication and art media agreements, art auction agreements with auction houses, as well as museum lending and art warehousing agreements. He also represents a number of clients in entertainment law. In this area, he represents entertainment and advertising executives, as well as talent and their management. Mr. Lever is also counsel to the Fine Art Publishers Association, a trade organization in the fine arts industry.
