Robert G. Kurzman
Founding Partner

 

Mr. Kurzman is a founding partner of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP and a partner in the Firm's Trusts and Estates department. He is a Martindale AV rated attorney and a New York Super Lawyer, has been practicing law for more than forty-five years. Mr. Kurzman concentrates his practice in estate and gift planning, estate litigation and matrimonial matters. He has lectured extensively throughout the United States at many leading universities and professional symposiums. Mr. Kurzman was formerly an adjunct professor of law at New York University and served on the Advisory Board of the Southern Methodist University Law School, Estate Planning Institute.

Mr. Kurzman has represented clients in a number of highly publicized will contests, and has argued cases in the appellate courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kurzman is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel and continues to be an active participant in American Bar Association programs, as well as programs sponsored by the New York State Bar Association.
